Stochastic · Project Manager & AI Specialist

I help small and medium-sized businesses organise their work and make better use of technology. We start with an audit and a plan, then build the automation, AI and tools the business needs.

01About

Business experience. Hands-on delivery.

My background is in marketing agencies, working as a Project Manager and AI specialist. I coordinated teams, developed online shops and built tools for analysing data.

Today I help businesses improve their day-to-day work. We first agree what needs to change: response times, information flow, service quality or results. That guides the choice of tools.

02Approach

Understand first. Improve next.

Individual events only tell part of the story. Connecting the information makes it easier to see what needs to change.

Understand

I talk to the people doing the work, map the process and visualise how information moves. Together we identify where things get stuck.

Plan and build

We set priorities and agree how to assess the result. I connect systems, automate repetitive tasks and introduce AI where it can help.

Check the result

We compare how the work runs before and after the change, looking at time, service quality and results. Then we address what still gets in the way.

03Services

From an audit to a working solution

We can start with a single process. The scope follows your business needs and the improvements that matter most.

01Audit and strategy

I identify problems in everyday work and prepare a practical plan with clear priorities.

  • Process and information mapping
  • Automation and AI opportunities
  • Delivery plan and success criteria

02Automation and AI

I connect the tools you already use and reduce manual data entry. AI handles specific tasks with human oversight.

  • Assistants using your business knowledge
  • Document workflows and customer enquiries
  • System integrations and process automation

03Analytics and integrations

I organise data from different systems so you can make decisions and keep track of your operations.

  • Operational and marketing dashboards
  • API integrations and databases
  • Reports that update automatically

04Websites, shops and apps

I design and develop services around how your business works, with clear content, fast loading and a usable mobile experience.

  • Implementation, development and optimisation
  • Service websites and online shops
  • Forms, booking and analytics

05SEO and AI visibility

I check whether search engines and AI systems can find and understand your content, then improve its structure and presentation.

  • Indexing and content audits
  • Structured data and consistent information
  • Brand visibility and answer-source tracking

Selected work

Business problems, practical improvements and tools that save time.

Case 01An operations and finance dashboard for e-commerceImplementation case study. One application instead of eight browser tabs, a spreadsheet, and the owner's memory.
Problem
Orders, purchasing, shipping and customer service were spread across separate systems. Understanding the actual margin required manually combining the data.
Solution
One application brings together Shopify, eBay, B2B supplier, Gmail and Royal Mail data. It supports order fulfilment and prepares AI-assisted reply drafts for human approval.
Outcome
The team works with shared order and shipping data. The dashboard shows margin after costs, while customer service can access the context of each order.
Case 02MOKO Meta Dash SwitcherA Chrome extension that turns account switching in Meta Business Suite from a series of clicks into a single keystroke.
React 19TypeScriptViteTailwind CSS 4Fuse.jsVitest
Problem
Marketing agencies and social media managers run a dozen — often several dozen — client accounts in Meta Business Suite at the same time. Meta's interface assumes you work on one account at a time: moving from one client's inbox to another client's posts means opening the account switcher, scrolling the list, picking an account and waiting for the view to reload.
Solution
A command palette built directly into Business Suite. Cmd+K on Mac, Ctrl+K on Windows, a few letters of the client's name, Enter — you're there.
Outcome
A Chrome extension that turns account switching in Meta Business Suite from a series of clicks into a single keystroke.
Case 03urzadzeniamatter.plAn independent Matter device catalogue built for the Polish market
Python (static site generator)JavaScript (Cloudflare Worker)YAML as the databaseCloudflare Workers Static Assets
Problem
Matter was meant to unify the smart home. In practice it moved the problem somewhere else. A buyer sees the Matter logo on the box and still cannot answer the three questions that decide whether the device will work in their home:
Solution
A deliberate minimalism. The project ships with one production dependency (wrangler). No CMS, no database, no frontend framework.
Outcome
A live service at urzadzeniamatter.pl: the catalogue, category pages, device pages, a side-by-side comparison view, an eleven-entry glossary explained at the point of use, a device submission form, and the system configurator.
Case 04Marketing intelligence dashboard and API integrationCampaign and e-commerce data lived in several places, so reporting was prepared manually.
PythonREST APIPostgreSQLMeta Ads APIGA4
Problem
Campaign and e-commerce data lived in several places, so reporting was prepared manually.
Solution
A Python service retrieves data through APIs and brings it into one clear cloud dashboard.
Outcome
Less repetitive reporting work and a consistent daily view of performance.
Case 05Lead-generation website for a service businessThe company website was slow and difficult to use on a phone.
AstroTailwind CSSVercelWebhooks
Problem
The company website was slow and difficult to use on a phone.
Solution
A new Astro and Tailwind site with focused interactions, contact capture and CRM-ready webhooks.
Outcome
A faster, clearer customer journey from first visit to enquiry.
